Was stuck in Eastry for 5 hours and this little bakery saved my day. Lovely cups of tea, the sausage rolls are amazing along with the cakes, Rachel made a lovely omelette and the lady behind the counter ( Maria ) was lovely and super friendly. Awesome service.

The best cornish pasty and almond slice I've ever tasted.. cornish pasty had the best flakiest pastry and the filling was so tasty and it wasn't small either.. thanks again will definitely be back for more... welcome to contact me.

Best bakery by far and the staff are really nice

The Bakers Dozen is the cutest little bakery/cafe in a lovely little village. I found out about it through serving Maria while at work. Even as a customer herself she is the kindest and most polite women ever, which translates into her own customer service. She always greets people with the warmest of welcomes and a very friendly attitude. It was lovely watching Maria interact with all her customers, her regulars in particular.
The cafe itself was extremely clean and tidy, there was a wide variety of food on the menu. I would recommend the all day breakfast bap- it was HUGE with the opportunity to add extras! I would also recommend the apple turnover which was beautiful presented in the window with all the other sweet treats!
Over all it was a lovely experience and i would recommend it to any one. It was also very good value for money! So to Maria, keep doing what youre doing ❤️Super nice bakery / cafe with fresh bread, cakes and drinks. Tasty ham and cheese roll. The lemon drizzle cake is great. Cooked breakfast is £6. Lovely staff. Minimum £5 credit card spend or cash.
Wow, what a wonderful bakery, the selection of breads, cakes pastries is amazing and so well priced. You can eat and drink here and I suggest you do, delicious. The people who serve you are so sociable, such lovely people. Highly recommended, Ian
Amazing Pies & The loveliest staff & friendly customers. Maria was kind enough to let me use their electricity for an hour to charge my phone up during which time I rambled on & on at 1000 mph without her ever looking visibly annoyed (I guess I’ll have to try harder next time) 10/10
Better drinks than Starbucks. better sausage rolls than Greggs and better bakewells than Mr kiplings! 5* highly recommend

A group of us had an excellent lunch here. All fresh and delicious. Lovely friendly service. Didn’t have cake but they looked really good.
This is an excellent English bakery. Fresh food and great aromas from the bakery. Friendly staff and quality food. I had a lovely Breakfast bap and cake. What more can I say!
Got to be one of the best and cheapest breakfast I've ever had. Lady who owns it, is a diamond. The Belgian buns are too die for. Great place and they look after you neatly.
Makes the tastiest salad, chicken and mayo on brown. Drop by and have a scrumptious sausage roll, or a yummy pasty. A cup of tea while you wait for spacial orders, or a full English breakfast... Too tasty!
Amazing pies and scones, always stop here when visiting friends nearby.

If I could give a 6 I would. Great old style bakery with fantastic produce. Also very cyclist friendly. Love you guys.
